About the Owner
Bria diCicco founded Give Marketing to provide clients with effective, personalized market and design support to optimize their products or service, grow their business, or create a memorial space.
After graduating from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a Marketing degree, Bria began her career at Slime, a tire sealant for bikes and off-road vehicles. Over her seven years there, she grew the marketing team to over a dozen people and watched the company go from family-owned to publicly traded.
In 2012, she began work as the Marketing Manager for AEE Solar. There she managed day-to-day marketing activities and a small team committed to providing independent solar installers with the products and support services they need to be successful.
She then worked as the Brand Marketing Manager for Hortau, an intelligent irrigation monitoring service based in Canada. Their tailored service and patented products aim to reduce water and nutrient waste, improve crop health, and give farmers more control.
As a consultant, she has worked with beer and wine brands, local restaurants, service providers, and others to refine their brand and service offering and create actionable marketing plans.
In 2021, after purchasing a 1950s rancher home, Bria's passion for design was turned toward renovating and restoring her family home. At the urging of a close friend and client, she expanded her business to include interior design projects for commercial and residential projects. She has worked with clients in San Luis Obispo and Monterey Counties on their home and business designs.
Bria lives in Edna Valley with her husband and daughter. When she's not working on a fabulous brand or design, she enjoys hiking, gardening, and horseback riding.
